An AI SEO roadmap built from your own data, not a template
Generic SEO roadmaps list the same twenty tasks for every site. This one starts from yours: how many pages your sitemap declares, how many Google has actually shown in Search Console, and what your plan can carry out each month. It writes a three-month plan, and you approve it one step at a time.

A plan that is honest about who does the work
The worst SEO plans quietly assume the software will fix everything, and the owner finds out in month three that page speed, redirects or hosting were never going to happen by themselves. Here every task is sorted honestly: what this software can prepare — titles and meta, page copy, unpublished blog drafts, internal links, FAQ markup, content refreshes, crawl budget reports — and what needs a developer or an SEO person.
The plan is grounded in measured figures. It compares the pages your sitemap declares with the pages Search Console has shown in search, and it does not schedule more work than your plan’s monthly limits allow. It never recommends Google’s Indexing API for ordinary pages.
Approving a step adds it to Working Progress, so the plan and the work stay in one place. Approval records your decision; it does not change your site by itself. The changes still go through the autopilots with their own approval and undo.
What the roadmap contains
- Three months, each with a theme: A focus and a set of tasks for each month, in order.
- Who does each task: Prepared by the software, or marked for a developer or an SEO person.
- Grounded in your data: Sitemap pages against the pages Google has shown in Search Console.
- Within your plan: No month asks for more drafts or submissions than the plan includes.
- Risks and assumptions: What the plan depends on, said plainly.
- Approve step by step: Each approved step appears in Working Progress.
How to use it
- Connect Search Console and generate the SEO Plan for your site.
- Read the summary and the three months; check which tasks are marked for a person.
- Approve the steps you agree with — each one is added to Working Progress.
- Let the AI SEO agents and autopilots prepare the work, and approve each change before it goes live.
Questions people ask
- Is the roadmap written by AI?
- Yes, from your site’s own measured figures and a fixed list of what the software can and cannot do, so it does not promise work the product cannot perform.
- Does approving a step change my website?
- No. It records your decision and adds the step to Working Progress. Any change to your site still needs its own approval.
- Which plan includes the SEO roadmap?
- The SEO Plan and Working Progress are part of the Enterprise plan.
